Our Coles Liquor team support Liquorland, Liquorland Warehouse (formally First Choice) and Liquorland Cellars (formally Vintage Cellars) – each with its own offering and customer base. With a network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.

We’re on the lookout for a CRM gun — someone who’s not just technically skilled but genuinely passionate about growing their craft in customer marketing. If you’re a switched-on CRM Specialist with 2+ years under your belt and love working in fast-paced, agile environments, this is your chance to make an impact at one of Australia’s biggest and most iconic brands.

What you’ll do
• Build and deploy personalised email and SMS campaigns across Liquorland, Liquorland Warehouse and Liquorland Cellars
• Maintain a fast-moving CRM calendar in partnership with trade, content and digital teams
• Brief and collaborate with creative agencies, write and review campaign copy, and ensure flawless campaign execution
• Use Oracle Responsys (or similar) to configure journeys, build A/B tests and optimise performance
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years of experience in CRM or customer lifecycle marketing, ideally in a high-volume retail or eCommerce setting
• Exposure to Customer Engagement Platforms like Oracle Responsys (ideal), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or MoEngage
• A can-do attitude, love for learning, and a thirst to grow your expertise
• The ability to juggle shifting priorities and get things to market fast, without compromising quality
• Great stakeholder management skills — you’re collaborative, solutions-focused, and confident working with multiple teams.
