Applications close Wednesday 16th July
What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of test-and-learn campaigns, customer segmentation, lifecycle program management, and automation initiatives across multiple channels, working together with key stakeholders and external partners. You’ll use your technical and strategic skills to translate insights into commercial action.
You’ll also:
• Design, configure and run test-and-learn campaigns across CRM and Loyalty (email/SMS)

You’ll also have
• Strong CRM or marketing automation experience (Oracle Responsys experience a plus)
• A background in test-and-learn campaign design and customer segmentation
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and SQL
• Experience turning insight into action and measuring campaign performance
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills
• A knack for explaining technical detail in plain language.
