The Role
- Customer focused and trusted Advisor to join our Customer Contact Centre
- Based in Blackburn
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
This position communicates with people of all backgrounds and is a critical role in helping older Victorinas and their families navigate the Aged Care system and identify the services that will meet their needs. At Benetas, we provide services to older Victorians across Residential Aged Care, Home Care in the Community, and Retirement Living. This is non-facing role, providing customer service to clients over the phone, and utilising the Customer Relationship System (CRM).
About you
We are wanting to hear from candidates that can bring a combination of:
- Previous customer service and administration experience
- A friendly and positive nature, with a natural ability to build relationships that make a difference
- The ability to learn about a range of products and service and retain information to provide an efficient service to our customers
- Well-developed computer skills and telephony literacy
Knowledge of aged care services and familiarity with the terminology would be highly regarded.
