This is more than just a customer service job—it’s an opportunity to play a vital role across the full operational value chain. As part of our Revenue Operations Team, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day activity, handling customer inquiries, processing data, and supporting key functions.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Maintain and update customer records
Respond to email inquiries and manage inboxes efficiently
Manage system queues, and escalated customer queries
Ensure accurate data entry and send appropriate follow-up communications
Participate in change and business process improvement initiatives
