We’re a small, dedicated team based in Goulburn looking for a motivated
Customer Service / Laser Operator to join us full-time.
This dual role offers variety—spending time assisting customers with quotes, orders, and inquiries, while also working hands-on with laser cutting machinery in the workshop.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling customer enquiries and providing accurate quotes
- Managing orders and communicating job progress
- Operating laser cutting machinery (training provided if needed)
- Assisting with basic sheet metal and fabrication tasks
What we’re looking for:
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Some experience or interest in sheet metal, laser cutting, or fabrication
- Willingness to learn and work across customer service and production
- Reliable, hands-on, and a team player
