Executive Assistant and Events Manager
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant / Events Manager to support our dynamic Executive team and lead the delivery of key events to our ANZ network. If you're a natural organiser, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to balance executive-level discretion with creative event execution, this role could be your perfect match.
What You’ll Do:
Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and C-Suite, including complex diary, travel and inbox management
- Prepare executive correspondence, board packs and reports, and coordinate key internal meetings
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Assist with the development, maintenance and management of projects.
Event Management
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal and external events such as the LCANZ Annual Conference, Inject Conference, company huddles and franchisee engagement events
- Manage all logistics including venues, suppliers, agendas, content, and budgets to ensure events are on brand, on time and engaging
- Support the coordination of social and wellness events for the Support Office team
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and key partners to support business objectives
- Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships across teams, departments, and the broader franchise network.
We’d Feel WOW if You Have:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Events Manager, or similar hybrid role
- Experience in retail, beauty, healthcare, or franchising environments preferred
- Superior communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and proactive problem-solving attitude
- High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel; design skills a bonus
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, or Events Management are highly regarded
