We are looking for a new member of our small team to help continue our growth. We'll teach you how to guide robots, direct lasers and choreograph a range of other custom machines and printers that produce our specialist products. Experience isn't required but an inquisitive mind, willingness to learn and comfort with technology is.

What you'll be doing:
- Understanding how our systems operate and contributing to the development of a lean production setting.
- Using and operating a range of automated machines to manufacture labels
- Preparing and designing jobs for print
- Performing quality control
- Packing orders to ship to customers
- Liaising with customers to fulfil their orders
- Maintaining equipment and facilities to keep production running

While we're happy for you to master the machines, there is also room to grow and what you could be doing in the future includes:
- Project management to develop new systems, products or processes
- Sales activities with inbound enquiries or at industry events
- Marketing activities to expand our presence across web, email and in-person
- Customer engagement to improve how we deliver to our customers
