The City is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to respond to resident enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and build positive relationships across multiple channels - phone, webchat, emails and face to face.
Leverage your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service, support a vibrant community and be part of something meaningful.
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Substantial experience in a similar role and a commitment to service excellence.
- Professional and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Strong computer and administrative skills.
- Experience in cash handling.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- A positive work attitude and strong work ethic.
Essential requirements
- Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old) Please note: This is not essential to apply for the role but will be required at a later stage as it is an appointment condition.
