About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative at our St Leonards office, you'll be the go-to problem-solver for equipment service and repair enquiries. Working alongside our Technical Services team, you'll help coordinate repairs, manage parts, and support hospitals to keep life-changing medical devices running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and emails related to repairs and service contracts
- Book and prioritise service jobs to support field engineers
- Manage incoming parts and coordinate dispatch to hospitals
- Follow up with customers to confirm purchase orders and approvals
- Track and ship loan equipment, ensuring timely return of items
