This position reports to the CEO and is responsible for managing the organisation’s central records systems, ensuring the security, integrity and confidentiality of both digital and paper records. The role actively maintains, updates and navigates records and data management systems (music monitor), demonstrates a high level of accuracy and efficiency and provides relevant and timely information and supports effective reporting and decision making.
Essential Criteria
For the Data Record Systems Manager position, WollCon is seeking someone with:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders, providing support and guidance.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse record-keeping needs, identify issues, and develop solutions.
- Technical Skills; proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in records management or a related field.
- Knowledge of records management principles, legal and regulatory requirements related to records management.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Teamwork: A collaborative attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
