As a Dawn Host, you'll play a key role in keeping the restaurant buzzing during the quieter, late-night hours. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming and seating guests with a warm smile, ensuring they have a great start to their dining experience.
• Taking customer orders and handling payments efficiently and accurately.
• Creating a fun, positive atmosphere, ensuring customers feel right at home.
• Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
• Assisting with other tasks as required, including up-selling and handling customer inquiries.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role, where your skills truly shine.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• A flexible, positive attitude and a love for working as part of a team.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative when needed.

Please note, your training will take place on day and evening shifts, but once you’re ready for 24-hour trade, your shifts will primarily be from around 11pm to 8:30am.
