You’ll help ensure customer jobs move from contract to install with minimal delay by owning the documentation, scheduling coordination, and install readiness workflow. This is a support-office role, not a field or warehouse role, perfect for someone who thrives on precision, systems, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract handover documentation and scheduling data
- Coordinate logistics timelines and supplier communications
- Maintain compliance records and rebate applications
- Act as the first line of customer contact for admin-related queries
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–4 years’ experience in operations or project coordination
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and efficient mindset
- Strong skills in CRM, document systems, and task management
Experience with solar or trades coordination is a plus
