About the Role
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Officer to join our growing team. This role is suited to someone with strong analytical and research skills who can assess client businesses and interpret government grant policies to deliver high-quality eligibility analysis, strategic recommendations, and application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of government grant policies and guidelines to interpret eligibility requirements and funding priorities relevant to client businesses
- Analyse and assess the client’s business operations data, including organisational structure, financial status, and strategic direction, to determine alignment with government grant objectives
- Investigate the nature of the client’s business activities and collect, organise, and evaluate data to support eligibility assessments and strategic recommendations
- Identify grants that align with the client’s needs and goals
- Identify gaps or weaknesses in current business operations methods and recommend structural or procedural improvements to enhance the likelihood of successful grant applications
- Provide targeted advice on policy implications, funding strategies, and organisational methods to optimise business alignment with grant programs
- Prepare comprehensive reports outlining analysis of the client’s eligibility, the relevant grant policies, and recommendations for action
- Assist in drafting and reviewing supporting documentation for grant applications, ensuring clear articulation of client entitlements and strategic alignment with policy objectives
- Maintain accurate records of research findings, client engagements, and grant analysis outcomes to support ongoing consultancy work and compliance requirements
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Business, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven ability to research, analyse, and interpret complex information
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success
- Familiarity with government grants or funding programs is advantageous but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $81,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
