1. S&OP Process
- Work closely with sales and supply chain management team
- Work closely with Product managers to optimise inventory availability according to the demand
- Work closely with Key Account Sales Manager to understand the market demand.
- Manage weekly / monthly processes of all areas involved in the S&OP to enable them to provide more accurate, robust analysis of the key drivers within the business
- Analysis of market demand
- Work with the business ERP / Supply tools to help develop and impart value adding data, information and reporting capabilities

2. Demand Forecast
- Action the Demand Forecast which weekly feeds in the Supply Planning process.
- Manage the forecast based on the weekly S&OP Exception process
- Ensure the documentation of systems/procedures associated with this role are reviewed and amended as necessary.
- Other duties as directed by the PSI Manager

- Analysis of sales trend by key account
- Understand the sales / demand requirement
