About the role
Based in Greater Sydney, overseeing 5 sites across (Bankstown, Campsie, Maroubra, Parramatta and Hornsby) you will be responsible for leading our Disability Employment Services (DES) Employment Services team to ensure our clients achieve their goals and our business objectives are exceeded. In this role, you will be responsible for the identification of opportunities for business growth, new customers & markets.
To achieve this you will:
Understand & improve the client experience
Have direct supervision and support of 10 staff
Oversee approximately 290 active and pending clients across the Employment Assistance (EA), Post Placement Support (PPS) and Ongoing Support (OGS) phases
Effectively develop, promote & nurture an enterprising workforce
Demonstrate effective decision making, analysis of sales & client data
Build & maintain relationships with various agencies, referral sources & partners
Meet the required margin & revenue KPIs.
About you...
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Experience working in Disability Employment Services (DES)
Strong financial acumen incorporating budget and P&L responsibility
Exceptional people leadership skills and the ability to lead a cohesive, performance focused team
Have previous recruiting experience
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
The drive to achieve or exceed your targets & KPI's
Ability to manage multiple customer management systems
Drivers Licence
Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
Working with children’s check (essential or willing to obtain)
NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
