Your Opportunity
As a Domestic and Family Violence Case Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering client-centred, trauma-informed case management to individuals and families impacted by domestic and family violence.
Based in Miller, NSW, this is a permanent part-time position, working 22.8 hours per week across 3 days.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to assess risk, develop tailored safety and support plans, and coordinate access to relevant services and supports. The work requires initiative, sound judgment, and the use of specialist knowledge, particularly in complex and sensitive situations where established procedures may not always apply.
Working under general supervision, you will undertake duties of a specialist and complex nature, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality outcomes for clients.

Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Deliver trauma-informed, client-centred case management to individuals and families impacted by domestic and family violence.
- Conduct risk assessments, client intake, and develop tailored safety and support plans.
- Manage referrals and coordinate access to relevant services and supports.
- Support clients through transition to independence or alternative services, including capacity-building and outreach as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external service providers to promote client safety and wellbeing
Requirements for Success
- Relevant qualification (degree or diploma) with experience in case management, ideally in domestic and family violence (DFV) or trauma-informed settings.
- Proven ability to deliver specialised, trauma-informed case management and develop safety and support plans for individuals and families impacted by DFV.
- Strong risk assessment skills and sound judgment in managing complex and sensitive situations.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, statutory requirements, and program compliance related to DFV services.
- Experience coordinating access to services, developing tailored support plans, and facilitating client-centred outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, internal teams, and external service providers, maintaining professionalism and boundaries.
- Current NSW driver’s license
Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
