This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a growing organisation that values innovation, adaptability, and people-first solutions.
A little about the role:
This role is about more than just managing change—it’s about creating a culture of change agility. You’ll operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, leading the design and delivery of change initiatives that support our digital programs.
Key accountabilities include:
- Designing and leading enterprise change strategies for digital transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Building organisational change capability—coaching, mentoring, and developing frameworks that empower teams and lift change maturity.
- Planning and delivering change management for digital programs—including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and change impact assessments.
- Developing engaging communication strategies that build awareness, trust, and adoption across all levels of the organisation.
- Identifying and managing change risks and impacts—ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Championing cultural and behavioural change—supporting agile, collaborative, and innovative ways of working.
- Collaborating with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and effective change delivery.
- Leading and developing a high-performing change team—ensuring accountability, capability, and engagement.
Who you are:
We’re looking for a change leader who can balance strategy with hands-on delivery, bring clarity to complexity, and engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level change management in digital transformation or technology environments.
- A strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and how to apply them flexibly.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, communications, and change impact analysis.
- A deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and Human-Centred Design principles.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to influence, build trust, and connect across the business.
- Strong leadership skills—able to build and lead teams, coach others, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive mindset—able to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and complex environments.
A few things you’ll need:
- Postgraduate qualification in Change Management, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in senior change leadership roles.
- A passion for enabling change that sticks and a commitment to driving positive outcomes.
This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid flexibility allowing you to work from home or from a campus near you.
