We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Disability Intake Officer to join our team in supporting individuals with disability to access high-quality, personalised services. If you're passionate about client outcomes, skilled in coordination and communication, and familiar with NDIS processes, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for managing the intake and onboarding process for NDIS participants, including the preparation of service agreements and quotes. Working closely with the Intake and Engagement Manager, you’ll ensure all client information is accurately maintained in relevant systems (including the NDIS Portal and internal databases) and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support strong client outcomes.
You’ll also contribute to compliance and service quality by auditing records, resolving funding concerns, and helping to ensure services align with contractual and NDIS requirements. Your work plays a vital role in delivering a high standard of care, financial sustainability, and a seamless client experience.
About You
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or intake role
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and individual plan implementation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A collaborative and professional approach to internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Must hold and maintain a Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (as required for Risk Assessed Roles)
- Current Class C Driver’s License
