Care Integrity Agency is seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. We provide essential in-home and community-based support services to clients under the NDIS across Melbourne, South Gippsland, and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality personal care and domestic assistance
- Support clients with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily activities
- Assist with community access and transport to appointments or social outings
- Promote independence and emotional wellbeing
- Work with diverse clients in a respectful, person-centred approach
What We’re Looking For:
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (valid)
- Manual Handling training (preferred)
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
- Rights to work in Australia
