Flame Tree Care is looking for a compassionate, experienced Independent Care Support Worker to support our lovely NDIS participant in Albion Park Rail.
At Flame Tree Care, our ideal support person is:
- Warm and down-to-earth nature
- A parent (having your own children is a bonus!)
- Comfortable teaching public transport travel
- A confident driver with own reliable vehicle
- Available on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays
- Interested in art, exercise, personal and physical wellbeing
- Non-judgemental, relatable, and kind
- Someone with genuine life experience who can connect and build trust
- Strong preference will be given to carers experienced with mental health and possessing a Cert IV in Mental Health; Counselling or similar.

Rate:
· $45-$55ph
Essential to have:
- Current NDIS Worker Clearance
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Valid Full Drivers licence
- The right to work in Australia
- Minimum 100 points of ID
