Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
- Encourage independence and promote personal development in our clients.
- Maintain accurate records and document progress.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment.
Requirements:
- A passion for helping others and a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred, but not essential—training will be provided!
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $41.00 – $54.35 per hour
