We’re Hiring: Casual Support Worker

About the Role:
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and proactive individual to provide tailored support for a participant with specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing person-centered care and support to enhance daily living.
* Assisting with community access, personal development, and achieving goals.
* Building trust and rapport with the participant and their family.
* Supporting independence while respecting cultural preferences and values.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
* Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.
* A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
