This role is initially for the extended Christmas period, with the potential for the right person to continue with us after the holiday season.
About the Role:
You will be at the heart of our operations, working with a small, supportive team to guarantee every order meets our high standards. Your primary focus will be on quality control and dispatch, but you will also engage with customers to provide a seamless experience.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:
- Quality Control: Meticulously checking personalised items for correct spelling, grammar, and adherence to customer order instructions before they are packaged.
- Dispatch: Carefully packaging orders to ensure they are safe for transit and ready for courier pickup.
- Customer Service: Communicating with customers professionally and clearly across all channels, including email, phone, and occasionally face-to-face.
- Team Collaboration: Working effectively within the team to manage daily production targets and complete all required work.
- Stock Management: Assisting with accepting and checking stock deliveries and reporting on low levels of packaging materials.
- Workplace Standards: Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and upholding the core values of our business.
