O'Brien Civil are seeking expressions of interest from pipelayers and leading hand drainers for current and upcoming projects. Favourable candidates will have experience in delivering civil infrastructure works to MRWA, PTA and Water Corp standards. Holding an RIW accreditation, dogman/riggers licence, confined space and plant operator tickets will be an advantage. A great opportunity to contribute to a dedicated and growing team.
About You
To be considered, you will need the following skills, experience and attributes:
- 3-5 years' experience in pipelaying within the civil construction industry
- White Card, Drivers License
- Good communication skills
- Multi-Tasker and safety focused
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and solutions focused
Key Duties & Experience:

Desirable Qualifications & Tickets:
- PVE pipe-laying certification
- ATCO gas common trench certified

- Other relevant plant operator tickets
Remuneration Details:
- Salary Package starting from $140k plus superannuation
- Hourly Rates starting from $44 per hour plus penalties and superannuation
