Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, providing a friendly and professional experience for all customers.
- Handle garments with care, ensuring high-quality dry cleaning results.
- Assist customers with inquiries, advising on fabric care and garment maintenance.
- Organize, sort, and manage clothing orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in dry cleaning or working with premium clothing brands is highly preferred.
- A strong knowledge of various fabrics, clothing types, and care instructions.
- Exceptional communication skills – must be able to speak clearly and confidently with customers.
- A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for clothes.
