We currently have an opportunity for a Duty Manager. Join our Health & Education team and play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence. Reporting to Executive Manager, Operations and Performance, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
Please note this is a 6 months max term contract.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Act as the escalation and resolution point for service delivery matters across Soft Services and Hard FM.
- Maintain effective operations and ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with internal service lines and external stakeholders.
- Lead Zero Harm initiatives and ensure compliance with WHS and emergency management processes.
- Support quality improvement through inspections, audits, and SOP updates.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience in healthcare support services, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of WHS and emergency management protocols, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders including clinicians, service providers, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead service delivery improvements, manage escalations, and maintain high standards of operational performance.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, quality assurance, and fostering collaborative working relationships across service lines.
