Salary: $76,000 - $83,000 + Superannuation
Our client, Sir Joseph Banks Hotel, is currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Duty Managers to join their team
Main Tasks:
- Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities
- Supervising security arrangements, and property maintenance
- Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities
- Ensuring compliance with liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations
- Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Working in close collaboration with senior management to support strategic business objectives and growth initiatives
