About the role:
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and energetic Duty Manager to join our Management Team. Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the venue, including administration, facilities, security, staff and customer service.

- Responsible for managing, motivating and training staff
- Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
- Ensuring safety and compliance
- Liaising and co-ordinating entertainment and security
- Ensuring the venue runs smoothly and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with all government regulations
- Salary commensurate with experience
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a similar role
- Strong professional leadership skills and team management skills
- Excellent customer service
- Passion for and strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, premium wines, and craft beers
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Flexibility and availability to work days, nights and weekends and be present during major events
