Job Summary
As Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication skills, initiative, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor staff performance and provide support or training as needed
- Manage shift handovers, cash handling, and daily reports
- Enforce hotel policies and health & safety standards
- Act as the main point of contact in the absence of senior management
About You
- Previous experience in a similar hotel supervisory or duty manager role
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
