What you’ll be doing in this role?
The Early Childhood Administrative Officer you shall provide responsible, efficient, courteous and confidential reception services and administrative support within the NDIS Early Childhood Approach Service. The position holder shall be responsible for performing reception and administrative functions to a high standard with accuracy and timeliness and supporting the delivery of NDIS EC program.
Your work will include:
- Provide a high level of administrative support to the Team Leader, General Manager and Early Childhood Team.
- Answer the telephone, transfer calls and take messages.
- Provide appropriate and clear information to families and carers who have a child with developmental delay and/or disability, service providers, referrers and other members of the community
What we’re looking for:
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Qualifications in administrative functions or business administration (Desirable)
- Experience in a reception or administration role.
- Experience in working within the early childhood, paediatric or a community or human services setting.
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee) or VIT Registration
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (can be obtained during application)
