About the Role:
As the Principal Program Officer, you will:
Research, develop and implement new service delivery models for early years' services to be delivered across Queensland.
Support program management and capacity building to improve outcomes for Queensland's children and families.
Responsibilities Include:
Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and provide advice on policy development, operational planning and practice.
Research, manage and implement programs and projects ensuring the strategic aims and objectives of the government are achieved.
Provide analysis and advice on operational policy, program and legislative issues affecting early childhood services.
Contribute to the design, planning and review of programs and strategies for the provision of early childhood development initiatives in Queensland.
Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the supervisor or nominated delegate.
About You:

Have exemplary writing and oral communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills.
