Position Summary:
The eCommerce & Retail Operations Manager will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, an eye for detail, and enjoys working with a collaborative, purpose-driven team.
This is a hands-on, multifaceted role ideal for an experienced operator who thrives in a premium, fast-paced environment. You will take ownership of inventory and fulfillment workflows, maintain the integrity of our online storefront, and support strategic growth initiatives, including new product launches, gifting packs, and expanded retail channels.
In performing these duties, you are expected to uphold a professional standard at all times, with due respect for the wellbeing of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with the Directors and senior team to run smooth e-commerce operations and retail stockflow across our barbershops, warehouse, and online store.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Shopify management – product listings, collections, tagging, discounts, and updates
- Order fulfilment coordination – liaising with warehouse staff or support team to ensure timely, accurate, beautifully presented orders
- Inventory management – oversee stock levels across clinic and warehouse; coordinate reorders and identify gaps
- Customer service oversight – assist with product enquiries, manage returns, and uphold our premium service standards
- Retail support – help maintain stock accuracy in clinic and online, manage expiry dates, shelf presence, and presentation
- Growth support – assist with launching gifting packs, wholesale starter bundles, and other channel expansion projects
- Campaign support – work alongside marketing to prepare for seasonal promotions, product launches, and sales
Who We’re Looking For
We’re after someone capable, organised, and excited to work in a fast growing environment. You should have:
- At least 5+ years experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or logistics
- Proven experience with Shopify (or similar platforms), stock systems, and dispatch workflows
- Great attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality customer experiences
- A calm, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a small, committed team
