Description
- Leading curriculum planning and implementation in line with the EYLF, VEYLDF and NQS
- Building respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Collaborating closely with another Kindergarten Teacher and Educator
- Supporting inclusive practices, including children with additional needs
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and child safety standards
- Holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Has a minimum of 5 years' experience working with children in a Kindergarten setting
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS, NQF, and Child Safe Standards
- Is confident in curriculum development, observation, and documentation
- Has experience working with children with additional needs
- Works collaboratively in a team and values open, professional communication
- Is punctual, reliable, and committed to ongoing learning

Qualifications
- VIT registration (full only)
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection training
- Food Handling Certificate (preferred)
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, NQF, and Child Safe Standards
