About the Role
Busy Bees on Furlong Road is seeking a passionate Educational Leader to inspire and guide our team in delivering high-quality early learning programs. This is a leadership role where you will:
- Lead curriculum planning and implementation aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
- Mentor and support educators in delivering engaging, child-led learning experiences.
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching practices and educational outcomes.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and the leadership team to foster a strong learning culture.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards and Busy Bees pedagogy.
What You’ll Need
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).
- Proven experience as an Educational Leader or senior educator.
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- A valid Working with Children Check (NSW).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.
