At Taylor ELC, we’re more than just a childcare centre — we’re a vibrant community where children, families, and educators learn and grow together. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Room Leader / Educational Leader to guide our dedicated team and champion high-quality education and care.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead your room with energy, creativity, and genuine care for every child.
- Mentor, inspire, and support your fellow educators to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Develop and implement high-quality programs that meet and exceed the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with families and the wider community.
- Support the Centre Director with curriculum planning and ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Be a role model for best practice in all areas of care, safety, and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Experience as an educator with the confidence to step into a Room Leader or Educational Leader role.
- A true team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A passion for inspiring curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning in children.
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Pay: $25.15 – $40.48 per hour
