  • Conduct confidential workplace investigations and support leaders with the management of team member grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Provide stakeholders with specialist advice on policies, procedures, industrial instrument interpretation, employment risks and other high-risk/complex employment-related issues.
  • Provide SME advice on project work and ensure all policies, processes, and procedures adhere to current legislative obligations.
  • Contribute to enterprise agreement bargaining and foster relationships with external stakeholders including relevant unions.

What we will be looking for:

  • Demonstrated ability in ER within a fast-paced and complex organisation and strong experience in case management, investigations and understanding of strict SLA’s.
  • Demonstrated experience in advocacy and enterprise agreement bargaining.
  • Exceptional knowledge of current workplace legislations, modern awards, and relevant regulations.
  • Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
  • Strong experience building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Employment law experience will be highly regarded.

About you:

You are an expert in dealing with complex employee relations cases with the skills and confidence to work independently and collaborate with senior leaders to resolve varied ER/IR workloads.

Join us in making a difference.
