What you’ll deliver with us
The Technology Consumer Engagement Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing engagement into the Technology Consumer practice. This role involves managing the stakeholder engagement and co-ordination for newly created idea briefs or initiatives through the initiation phase of the delivery cycle (Front Door Process). This can include the delivery of minor works and small projects, managing initiatives through established workflows, facilitating and enabling prioritisation and provide meaningful reporting to all stakeholders.
The primary objective of the role is to engage and drive successful implementation of technology solutions that align with the organisation's strategic objectives (across Retail, Brand and Marketing, Online and Digital channels).
Commercial & Strategic Priorities:
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of initiatives and manage technology engagements from initiation to delivery including supporting prioritisation using the preferred framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to define project scope goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these metrics.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks and communicate initiative status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in leading technology delivery and engagements, preferably in a complex corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading technology projects and engagements, preferably in a complex corporate, consulting or professional services environment.
