Important update on this role's location: please note, this position will initially be based at 530 Collins Street, Melbourne, before relocating to our principal office located at 465 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne in February 2026.

What you will be doing:
Reporting directly to the Manager, Roll Systems and Compliance Projects, this role will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking collection, evaluation, and analysis of enrolment data.
  • Identifying and implementing how enrolment data can support ongoing and future initiatives.
  • Developing dashboards to support business analytics and enrolment data points.
  • Improving system processes and assisting in the implementation of system changes.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Technical expertise and experience in data systems, metadata, data extraction, and analysis, including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and SQL.
  • Advanced computer skills and experience extracting information from large datasets.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present information to both expert and non-expert audiences.
