About the Role
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new families while also managing key financial functions for the centre. You’ll balance customer service with administrative accuracy, helping us deliver exceptional experiences to both our families and our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the enrolment process, from enquiries to onboarding
- Handle accounts payable and receivable with precision
- Oversee payroll for our dedicated educators
- Proficient use of MYOB for all accounting and payroll functions
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
- Build positive relationships with families, staff, and stakeholders
