About the role
We are seeking an Enrolments Advisor, HE to join our team in Sydney. This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for managing student enrolments from initial enrolment through to course completion while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Student Enrolments & Records Management
- Enroll students into subjects/units and classes before each term/trimester.
- Manage student records in the Student Information System (SIS) and PRISMS (Provider Registration and International Student Management System).
- Process enrolment changes (subject withdrawals, class changes, course withdrawals, credits/RPL).
- Issue warning letters for non-payment of fees, non-commencement, or non-re-enrolment.
- Update student details and process course transitions.
Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with TEQSA, ESOS Act, and National Code 2018.
- Maintain accurate student records in line with Higher Education Standards Framework (HESF) 2021.
- Support the Enrolments Coordinator in implementing policy changes related to academic progression.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in education, student administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in higher education administration, preferably in enrolments or student records. Knowledge of student management systems (e.g., SIS, PRISMS).
- Understanding of HESF 2021, ESOS Act, and National Code 2018.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
