The Opportunity
This pivotal role serves as the welcoming face for prospective families at Carey Baptist College’s Harrisdale Campus. As a key member of our Marketing and Enrolments team, you’ll guide families through their enrolment journey, from the first enquiry to a student’s first day, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every step.
With a focus on relationship management, attention to detail, and exceptional communication, the Enrolments Officer (Primary) will coordinate College tours, enrolment events, and student onboarding, while managing key data and compliance processes that shape the future of our College community.
Reporting to the Executive Manager – Brand & Marketing, you’ll work collaboratively with the Primary Principal, the broader Marketing team, and key College stakeholders to deliver an enrolment experience that reflects Carey’s values of kindness, courage, respect, humility, and integrity.

What You Will Bring:
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with a warm and professional approach.
Proven organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and database systems.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a natural drive to deliver an exceptional experience for families.
Confidence to manage events, tours, and key touchpoints with professionalism and care.
Desirable:
Previous experience in enrolments, administration, or customer service.
Familiarity with school systems such as Synergetic, Consent2Go, or SEQTA.
Event coordination experience.
