About the Role:
Join our Student Recruitment Events team by providing administrative and operational support to ensure the effective roll out of Curtin events, including Open Days for both Bentley and Kalgoorlie campuses, expos and info sessions targeting student recruitment. With your help, we will implement an exciting recruitment events strategy that showcases Curtin University as the top choice for prospective students.
In this role, you will assist with the coordination and delivery of events including supporting venue bookings, logistics and operations. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders including Curtin internal staff and external service providers and suppliers. To be successful, you will have proven time management skills, ability to work well independently and part of a team, and an overall eagerness to pursue a career within marketing and events.

The Marketing Operations and Engagement Team is composed of a highly adaptable and vibrant group, responsible for organising the university’s biggest and most important student recruitment events such as Open Day for the Bentley and Kalgoorlie campuses, the Undergrad Expo, information evenings, webinars and much more. The broader team is also responsible for domestic future student engagement and Curtin’s nurture programs which aim to engage future students and support them in their application journey. This exceptional team of talented professionals are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment and are always willing to pitch in where needed.

Role Requirements:
- As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered
- Successful applicants are subject to a National Police Clearance, and background, integrity, and reference checks to Curtin’s satisfaction
- This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check
