Executive Assistant – Executive Team

Maryborough District Health Service is looking for a talented individual to join our executive administration team. In this critical role, you'll act as a key liaison, communicating and partnering with various internal and external stakeholders, including:
- Members of the Executive and senior leadership
- MDHS staff
- External partners
- Patients and clients
- Other stakeholders and the community
You'll also work closely with our Director of Medical Services and the credentialing team at Grampians Health Ballarat to support the medical credentialing process.
We need someone who can juggle multiple demands with ease and remain focused on priorities. Superior writing and verbal communication abilities are a must in this role. You'll also need to be adept with Office 365 tools.
