The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Executive Support Officer to join our Fisheries & Aquaculture Division. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide high level executive, administrative, and business support to both the Executive Director, Fisheries and Aquaculture, and the Director, Operations.
You’ll contribute to the achievement of divisional and agency priorities by delivering exceptional executive support services. You’ll play a key part in enabling strategic outcomes through the provision of timely advice, accurate information, and seamless administrative coordination.
As a central point of contact for the division, you’ll engage professionally with internal teams, government bodies, and industry stakeholders, ensuring communications are professional, responsive, and effective. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining and improving systems and processes that enhance business efficiency and help manage operational risks.

Remuneration
ASO5 - $85,790 min - $95,413 max per annum, plus superannuation
