Salary range: $38.81 to $43.16 p.h. (AO3)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity

The Executive Support Officer will provide the Nursing Directors of the Medical Service Group administration support by providing high quality administration and reception support, whilst liaising with a range of stakeholders, external agencies and clients.

Requirements:
High level interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing (displaying tact and diplomacy when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders).
Possession of a high level of administrative and secretarial skills and the proven ability to prepare complex documents, agendas and minutes whilst maintaining patient confidentiality and providing an effective customer focused service.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work to meet strict deadlines and commitments, and to be flexible in changing work environment with the ability to effectively contribute to the team environment.
Experience in the utilisation of Microsoft Office, and the ability to acquire knowledge of hospital-based systems such as myHR, S4HANA etc.
Understanding or the ability, to acquire knowledge of recruitment, rostering, human resources, and financial management practice.
