Capral Aluminium, Australia’s largest extruder and distributor of aluminium, is experiencing increased demand and has multiple vacancies for motivated and experienced Powder Coaters to join our experienced & dedicated team. Rotating Shifts:
- Day: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Afternoon: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Night: 10:00pm - 6:00am
Responsibilities will include:
- preparing and loading components ready for the powder coating process
- operating the powder coating equipment
- maintaining quality assurance standards
- performing regular preventive maintenance on machinery
To be considered for this position you MUST:
- have experience as a Powder Coater or similar
- have technical skills & understanding of powder coating equipment
- be able to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
- have a willingness to learn
- demonstrate pride & ownership in your work
- good communication skills
- have a good eye for detail
- meet all safety requirements related to the work environment and the role.
