Your new role
As Facilities & Compliance Coordinator, you will oversee the maintenance, safety and functionality of commercial properties managed by Uniting. The property portfolio includes commercial, service delivery sites, retail and early learning facilities across Victoria and Tasmania.
Your days will be varied and include undertaking site inspections, coordinating contractors, arranging maintenance and repairs, stakeholder engagement, monitoring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining reporting requirements.

Your skills and experience
You are an experienced facilities coordinator with a proven track record in conducting site visits and managing contractors. You are a people person, a great communicator, and are known for developing strong working relationships with a wide range of people.
You will also bring with you:
- Previous experience in a property, facilities, building and/or construction role
- Experience in coordinating small to maximum sized projects
- Knowledge of building codes, OHS legislation and safety regulations relating to facilities management
- A current driver’s licence (essential)
- A tertiary qualification in building construction, facilities management or a trade would be well regarded, however not mandatory
