Shifts: Wednesday (8.30 am -11:30 am or 10 am - 6 pm), Saturday and Sunday 10 am -4 pm)

We are looking for male support workers who are loyal, dedicated, passionate, and empathetic individuals with excellent communication skills to help our participants achieve their NDIS goals and engage in community-based activities.
Your Roles and Responsibilities may involve
- Assisting participants with their NDIS goals
- Personal Care
- Assist participants with daily living tasks, such as cooking, meal prep and shopping.
- Attend therapy appointments with participants and implement the therapist's plan
- Plan community-focused activities
- Transport participants to appointments and community activities
- Assist with household duties
To be Considered
- Cert 111 in Individual Support
- Chef background
- Legal Rights to work in Australia - (No Student Visas)
- Must have a current driver's licence, comprehensive insurance and an SUV car
- Must live near Kingsgrove or Mascot
- NDIS Working Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Adequate communication and verbal skills
- Good Writing Skills for all mandatory reports
Desirable requirements include
- Experience in working with people with mental health disorders and disabilities with challenging behaviours
- Home Care and Outing Experience
