We are currently seeking a financial analyst who is willing to lead process transformation efforts for traditional FP&A support. This will reduce the amount of manual work and enable the team to build scalable / repeatable / documented processes that are managed end-to-end by analysts on the team. This will enable the team to provide resource management guidance and support the Corporate functions.
Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
The primary objective of Business FP&A specialization within Financial Planning & Analysis Job Family is to support the Business/Function strategy and drive achievement of financial goals and objectives.
The role requires significant business partnering and therefore substantial knowledge of the business.
Owning close variance reporting process end-to-end.
Training operations partners in the financial reporting processes to ensure they are able to manage independently increasing flexibility while maintaining transparency and strict cost management.
Owning the forecasting process for Corporate FP&A and guiding team members to hit deadlines and ensure quality presentations and accurate forecasts.

Must have a strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new concepts and systems
Must be a strong communicator with the ability to create simple concise reporting with complex inputs and communicate at an executive level
Must be a self-starter and have a strong process orientation when approaching daily work as well as problem solving opportunities
Must take ownership of tasks and go beyond instructions and always seek to improve not just complete
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline Requires ability to perform advanced spreadsheet modeling and maintenance in Microsoft Excel
Requires excellent understanding and use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Must possess the ability to quickly learn system data-mining processes
ERP experience such as Oracle preferred, not required
Anaplan, TM1, Cognos or other planning / business intelligence system experience preferred
2+ Years working in corporate finance for a medium / large, preferably technology or medical devices company
(Nice to have) Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization software experience preferred.
