You do not need to be a professional tour guide. We are looking for individuals who genuinely love Melbourne and enjoy sharing it with others.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead immersive walking experiences across Melbourne’s neighborhoods, landmarks, and hidden spots
- Share stories, cultural insights, history, and food recommendations with travelers
- Tailor tours to fit the interests and pace of each group
- Provide excellent customer service and create warm, engaging, and memorable experiences
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Melbourne and a passion for sharing your city
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Chinese are a plus
- Friendly, reliable, and personable with strong communication skills
- Comfortable hosting experiences ranging from 3 to 8 hours
- Prior experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus, but not required
